FanX collects personal information when you register with FanX, when you use Services, when you visit FanX's website or the website of a subsidiary or affiliate of FanX, when you download and use one or more of FanX’s applications, when you play games at one of FanX’s VR and AR entertainment locations (whether permanent or temporary), when you buy something on or through Services (this can include your payment information, purchase activity, and shipping and contact details, and when you enter any promotions or sweepstakes conducted by FanX, a subsidiary or an affiliate of FanX. When using Services, you are not anonymous to us.
When you register with FanX, we may ask for information such as your name, address, email address, mobile telephone number, your mobile carrier, birth date, age, gender, ZIP code, game preferences, movie preferences, TV preferences, music preferences, and other personal information. When you register with FanX, sign in, and use any of our Services, you are not anonymous to us.
We also collect information automatically when you use Services such as information about your interactions with Services including games, content, apps and other experiences you interact with, information about how you access Services including information about the type of device you are using or prefer, and location information which can be derived from information such as your device’s IP address, GPS signal and information about nearby WiFi networks and cell towers. Like other online and cloud-based services, FanX records information such as account activity (including number of log-ins and game play data), data displayed or clicked on (including UI elements, ads, links); and other information (including browser type, IP address, date and time of access, cookie ID and referrer URL).
We may also collect information about you from other companies that are our affiliated companies or partners that provide us with information that is publicly or commercially available, and we may combine this information with the other information we collect about you.
FanX stores, processes and maintains data related to your account and your activities in order to provide Services to you, to improve FanX's Services, to market to you, and to promote safety and security where necessary. FanX's Services include relevant advertising and related links based on the IP address, content of messages and other information related to your use of FanX's Services.
FanX's computers process the information you provide and generate for various purposes, including formatting and displaying information to you, delivering promotions, advertisements and related links, and other purposes relating to providing Services to you.
FanX uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the content and advertising you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you if necessary, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
FanX may send you information related to your FanX account or new Services.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We provide advertisers only with aggregated non-personal information such as the number of times one of their ads was clicked or otherwise responded to. Such information does not identify you personally.
We do not share your personal information with any third parties except in very limited circumstances such as when:
(a) You have given us your consent;

(d) We have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of FanX, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
FanX may also collect location information from your mobile device or your mobile carrier.
Children should not submit any personal information without the permission of their parents or guardians. By using Services, you are representing that you are at least 18, or that you are at least 13 years old and have your parents’ or legal guardians’ permission to use the Services.
Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences
If you do not wish to receive further communications from us to your mobile device, can terminate your FanX account by visiting our account termination page.
Confidentiality and Security
We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards intended to protect personal information about you.
FanX may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your FanX account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
